After keeping every fence intact through the Dutch Championships, Leopold van Asten went to the top on VDL Groep Zidane (Heartbreaker x Calando I). Van Asten's penalty score of 1.75 was more than good enough for gold, while silver went to last year's champion Maikel van der Vleuten on VDL Groep Arera C (Indoctro x Voltaire) with a penalty score of 4.71. Jeroen Dubbeldam and Zenith SFN N.O.P. (Rash R x Fuego du Prelet) had to settle for bronze this time around with a score of 5.33 points.
