Ireland’s Richard Howley won the U25 Lövsta Future Challenge Grand Prix in Gothenburg Sunday morning aboard the ten-year-old gelding Chinook (Tygo x Wellington). Eight riders cleared the 1.50m track and qualified for the jump-off where seven of them again crossed the finish line on a clean score.

Two Swedish home riders gave the public value for getting up early Sunday morning as Karin Martinsen and Irma Karlsson joined Howley on the podium. Martinsen and Quantos (Quidam's Rubin x Maraton) finished only 0,17 seconds behind the winner with Karlsson 0,49 seconds later aboard Ida van de Bisschop (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Papillon Rouge).

Vanessa Borgmann (GER) and Caspar IV (Cornet Obolensky x Diamantino) secured fourth place and Jenny Rankin (IRL) ende fifth with Bennys Legacy (Lupicor x Voltaire).
