In the week leading up towards the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final in Geneva, World of Showjumping presents the ten riders that will compete. Next up is Marcus Ehning, winner of the Final back in 2009.

No. of times in the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final: Twelve (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014)

Thrills from 2016: So many... During the season Marcus won the five-star Grand Prix competitions in Den Bosch, Gothenburg, Madrid, Vienna as well as the five-star World Cup in Madrid not to forget the five-star Nations Cup in Aachen and the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Final in Barcelona. And he became a father to his fourth child, which we guess surpasses all the wins...

Spills from 2016: Missing out on competing at the Olympic Games, as his ride Cornado NRW injured himself during the training session in Rio and was taken off the German team in the last minute
