Simon Delestre continued his good form to take the runner-up position on Hermes Ryan. The French rider was fast, but this time he could not catch Farrington who finished more than a second ahead after a round that smelled of determinedness and will to win. Photo (c) Dirk Caremans/www.hippofoto.be.

Daniel Deusser delivered the third and final double clear of the competition on the giant First Class van Eeckelghem. The German rider won the final in 2013, but this time he had to settle for third as he was almost two seconds behind Farrington against the clock. Photo (c) Dirk Caremans/www.hippofoto.be.

Christian Ahlmann gave it a go on Codex One, but had an unlucky pole down on the penultimate vertical and had to settle for fourth place this time around. Photo (c) Dirk Caremans/www.hippofoto.be.

It was not to be for Penelope Leprevost either. The world's leading lady rider produced a beautiful first clear on Flora de Mariposa, but against the clock a rail went down. Photo (c) Dirk Caremans/www.hippofoto.be.

Bertram Allen and Molly Malone V. Photo (c) Dirk Caremans/www.hippofoto.be.
Bertram Allen is only 20-years-old, and did his first Top 10 Final last night. That did not face the young Irish rider though, who on Molly Malone V went clear in the first round. As always, Allen went for it against the clock but unfortunately a pole fell half way and the pair had to settle for 7th in the end. Photo (c) Dirk Caremans/www.hippofoto.be.

Gregory Wathelet had chosen to ride Algorhythem in the final. The 10-year-old gelding jumped a fantastic first clear, but in the second round two poles fell - something that for sure can be put on the lack-off-experience-account as the horse is quite new to this level of the sport.
