Saturday's CSIO4* 1.45m Prize of PKO Bank Polski in Warsaw, Poland, went to Andrzej Oplatek (POL) and the 10-year-old Le Cordial (Lyjanero x Singulord Joter).

A total of 51 horse-and-rider-combinations faced the 1.45m course that counted 12 obstacles and 15 jumping efforts. With a time of 62.04, Oplatek was the quickest in the class judged as a Table A against the clock. "This win has given me a lot of satisfaction," Oplatek said. "Le Cordial seems to have been in the right shape since the very beginning of Warsaw Jumping. Winning at home is always a great thing. And I take it for a nice forecast ahead of tomorrow. I know what I can expect of my horse, which makes me look forward to the Nations Cup."

Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) and the 8-year-old Equus Tame (Qlassic Bois Margot x Quaprice Bois Margot Quincy) took the runner-up position, and said: "The course allowed for several options, so if you really wanted to go for the win, you had to take the risk of short-cuts. I am so glad to see how great the organisation of Warsaw Jumping is. It definitely offers a lot of experience to those younger horses."

Jaroslaw Skrzyczynski (POL) on Jerico (Wieland x Ever For Pleasure) placed third, while the fourth spot went to Mario Stevens (GER) on Carrie 22 (Christian x unknown) and fifth to Gefried Puck (AUT) on Equitron Ornaat V (Ut Majeur de Brecey x unknown).
