Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida (POR) and Karonia.L (Harley x G-Ramiro Z) won Sunday’s CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix in Montefalco, Italy, after also taking the top honours in last weekend’s CSI4* 1.55m Grand Prix presented by Al Shira’aa Farms at the same venue.

Crossing the finish line in 41.64 seconds in a jump-off of nine, the Portuguese rider took the top honours ahead of Billy Twomey (IRL) and Diego Del Caribe (Kannan x Quidam de Revel) in second with a time of 42.78. Theodore Boris (ISR) and Cazan Z (Comme Il Faut 5 x Vagabond de La Pomme) placed third in 43.40.

Erica Swartz Ryan (SWE) and Cavicii Z (Carlow van de Helle x Cardento 933) finished fourth after clocking a time of 44.20 seconds in the jump-off, followed by Luca Marziani (ITA) and Lightning (Gitano x Nonstop) in fifth in 45.63.
