Poland's Jaroslaw Skrzyczynski went to the top in the CSI3* FEI World Cup Grand Prix in Warsaw on Sunday riding the 11-year-old gelding Crazy Quick (Chacco-Blue x Quick Star). The event hosted the Central European League World Cup Final, and today's competition was the third and concluding part which decided the tickets for the Longines FEI World Cup Final in Gothenburg in March.

Only three riders managed to go double clear in today's Grand Prix, and what they all had in common next to that was the fact that they all rode Chacco-Blue offspring bred by Gestüt Lewitz. Crazy Quick lived up to his name, and was by far the fastest of the three horses stopping the clock at 41.73 seconds in the jump-off to secure the win for Skrzyczynski. Almost three seconds behind followed his compatriot Sandra Piwowarczyk-Baluk on Chabento (Chacco-Blue x Cento), while the last double clear round belonged to Mariann Hugyecz from Hungary aboard Chacco-Boy (Chacco-Blue x Pit I) with a time that was almost five seconds slower than that of Skrzyczynski.

Three riders from the Central European League World Cup Final qualified for Gotheburg as the competition came to an end today. Those that managed to secure a spot in the final were Poland’s Jaroslaw Skrzyczynski and Michal Kazmierczak as well as Hungary’s Mariann Hugyecz.
