Philipp Weishaupt wins Friday's biggest class at Waregem Horse Week

German rider Philipp Weishaupt and Coby 8 (Contagio x Escudo 19) won Friday's biggest class at Waregem Horse Week, the CSI5* 1.55m Experza Prize. 

The best thirteen horse-and-rider combinations from the first round were welcomed back for the second round, where Weishaupt was the fastest in 36.33 seconds. Second place went to world no. one and Swiss rider Steve Guerdat aboard Alamo (Ukato x Equador) with a time of 36.57 seconds. Gregory Wathelet was the best Belgian rider in third place with Mjt Nevados S (Calvados Z x Romualdo) in 36.96 seconds. Sweden's Henrik von Eckermann and Best Boy 2 (Contagio x Sunrise) finished fourth, while Belgium's Wilm Vermeir and Dm Jacqmotte (Toulon x Indoctro) followed in fifth.
