On Monday evening the 26th of October the virtual hammer will start to fall for the first horses in the 15th edition of the Swedish Select Horse Sale. For the first time the very successful auction of 3-year old showjumpers will be held online only.

“We are very excited about this year’s edition,” says Lisen Bratt Fredricson, one of the four founders of the auction. “The quality of the 3-year old horses offered for auction is very strong and we are also believing that the online format will give us more opportunities to reach potential buyers all over the world”.

The horses are presented with extensive videos displaying gaits, jumping and conformation and in the pedigrees of the 20 selected 3-year olds we find international blood lines from legendary stallions such as Cardento, Contendro I, Cornet Obolensky, Emerald van’t Ruytershof and Kannan.

During the 14 years of the auction several of the sold horses have become internationally successful show jumpers such as the bronze medalist at the WEG in Tryon, Bianca (Balou du Rouet x Cardento) with Steve Guerdat and Queen Elisabeth (King Louie x Iowa) with Jack Whitaker.

20.00 pm the bidding for the first group of horses closes.
