At the middle of October, Roger-Yves Bost announced the retirement of his now 15-year-old Selle Francais mare Sangria Du Coty (Quaprice Bois Margot x Muguet Du Manoir).

With Bosty in the saddle, Sangria Du Coty was hugely successful and the pair represented France at the Longines FEI European Championships in Gothenburg in 2017. In 2019, on home soil in Paris, they placed 13th in the Longines FEI World Cup Final, were third in the CSI5* Longines Masters Grand Prix – and also won the CSI4* Grand Prix in Valence. In 2020, they placed fifth in the CSI5* Longines FEI World Cup in Bordeaux, third in the CSI5* Grand Prix in Doha and fifth in the CSI5* Grand Prix in Grimaud – to mention only a few of their many top placings.
