The ECCO FEI World Championships 2022 in Herning, Denmark will host four World Championships: In jumping, dressage, para-dressage and vaulting.

It is a gigantic set-up for the ECCO FEI World Championships, with 800 horses from more than 70 nations making their way to Denmark from the 6 – 14 August.

The venue hosted the European Championships in 2013, and in August 2022 it is once again the large football stadium which will be the location where horses and riders compete in the World Championships in jumping and dressage – and it has been renamed to Stutteri Ask Stadium for the occasion.

In addition to the Stutteri Ask Stadium, the organisers are building another outdoor arena, the BB Horse Arena, with approx. 2500 seats for the World Championship in para-dressage as well as the CSI3* and CSI2* competitions. The major concert hall Jyske Bank Boxen hosts the championship competitions in vaulting.
