Julien Epaillard and Gracieux du Pachis fastest in the CSI4* 1.50m Prijs Quality Horses at Sentower Park

Julien Epaillard (FRA) and the 10-year-old gelding Gracieux du Pachis (Tinka's Boy x Caretino) opened the weekend at the CSI4* show at Sentower Park in Belgium with a win in Wednesday's 1.50m Prijs Quality Horses.

The 1.50m Grand Prix qualifier – judged as a Table A against the clock – counted for the Longines Ranking, and had 62 horse-and-rider combinations at start. Aboard Gracieux du Pachis, Epaillard was the fastest of all when he stopped the clock on 60.48 seconds – taking home the win with a three second margin to runner-up Eduardo Pereira De Menezes (BRA) on H.Big Action (Action-Breaker x Big Star). Frederic Vernaet (BEL) and Born To Win Ap Z (Bentley x Toulon) took the third place with a time of 63.97 seconds, while Koen Vereecke (BEL) on Lector Vd Bisschop (Bamako de Muze x For Pleasure) placed fourth and Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA) on Cartaro 2 (Carinue x Chacco Blue) fifth.
