Niels Bruynseels (BEL) took a popular home win in Thursday’s BMW Masters in Mechelen riding the 9-year-old Delux van T&L (Toulon x Landetto). With the fences being build higher for every round, Bruynseels was the fastest out of the three riders that went on to jump-off no. 4 – stopping the clock at 28.12 seconds.

Pieter Devos (BEL) followed in the runner-up position with his time of 28.34 seconds riding Apart (Larino x Burggraaf), while third place went to Daniel Deusser (GER) with Jasmien vd Bisschop (Larino x Chin Chin).

Two riders got four faults each in the third jump-off, and tied for fourth: Piergiorgio Bucci (ITA) with Cochello (Casall x Cartani 4) and Gregory Wathelet (BEL) with Qualido 3 (Quicksilber x Calido).
