Out of 30 horse-and-rider combinations at start in Saturday’s CSI4*-W 1.55m Grand Prix at the Doha International Equestrian Tour 2025, 16 moved on to the jump-off where Gerfried Puck (AUT) and the 12-year-old stallion Equitron Naxcel V (Balou du Rouet x Landetto) were the fastest of all to bring home the win.
With a time of 37 seconds, no one could do anything about Puck who topped this Grand Prix counting for the Longines Rankings Group A. A close 0.10 seconds behind followed Abdel Said (BEL) and Arpege du Ru (Apache d'Adriers x Quat'Sou) who took the runner-up spot, while Ellen Whitaker (GBR) and Korlenski (Cornet Obolensky x Numero Uno) completed the podium 0.16 seconds behind the winners. Abdulrahman Alrajhi (KSA) and Ventago (Van Helsing x Hunter's Scendix) finished fourth with a time of 37.87 seconds, followed by Scott Brash (GBR) and Hello Valentino (Diamantino x Careful 28) in fifth in 38.44.
