Switzerland's Steve Guerdat won Friday's feature class at Helsinki International Horse Show, the CSI5*-W 1.45m Champions International presented by Fortum HorsePower.
With a clear round in 52.28 seconds, Guerdat took the top honours in this speed class aboard the 9-year-old gelding Venard de Cerisy (Open Up Semilly x Djalisco du Guet). Runner-up position went to Germany's Daniel Deusser on Cornet d'Amour (Cornet Obolensky x Damiani) with the time of 52.69 seconds, while Deusser's compatriot Philipp Weishaupt finished third on Solitaer (Salito x Goldfasan) in this class counting for the world ranking after stopping the clock at 53.04 seconds.
