This week, it is time for the Triple Copa Scappino CSI 4*-W, presented by Audi, a Longines FEI North American League event. Kicking off the new year in the second largest city in Mexico, Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco, competitors will be vying for top prizes and valuable Longines FEI World Cup points at the gorgeous Guadalajara Country Club.
Highlights include tracks developed by 2016 Summer Olympics course designer Guilherme Jorge and the Longines FEI North American League World Cup event on the afternoon of Saturday, January 27th. This is the penultimate Longines FEI World Cup qualifying opportunity in the West Coast sub-league, and the eleventh leg of fourteen in North America.
The CSI4*-W event offers $4,110,000 MXN (~$213,000) in overall prize money during multiple days of competition, including the Longines FEI World Cup qualifying class on Thursday, January 25th that will determine the start list for the highlight class on Saturday, the Longines FEI World Cup of Guadalajara.
