Reigning World Champion DSP Alice (Askari x Landrebell) returns to international competition this week, after being absent for over a year. Simone Blum will be competing the 13-year-old chestnut mare at CSI4* show in Grimaud, France.

On her official Instagram account, Blum announced: "1 year and 28 days I had to wait... Over a year has passed. A year full of emotions and happiness, but also bad news, setbacks and Corona. But what makes my heart always beat faster? Right, DSP Alice! Finally, the time has come, and Alice is with us on our way to St. Tropez."

DSP Alice last competed in Rome, Italy, in September 2019.
