Czech rider Emma Augier de Moussac has been indefinitely suspended by the FEI after testing positive to hydrochlorothiazide* during the CSI3*-W event in Budapest, Hungary, in June last year. Augier de Moussac's suspension commenced on the 23rd of December 2019.

Augier de Moussac’s trainer Vincent Voorn will be taking over her horses until the suspension is lifted.

When contacting the FEI, World of Showjumping got the following comment from a spokesperson: "In order to maintain the integrity of the ongoing legal process, the FEI will not comment on this case at this time."

Emma Augier de Moussac currently sits 283rd on the world ranking. She has competed at the World Equestrian Games in 2014 and 2018, as well as at the European Championships in 2015 and 2017.

*Hydrochlorothiazide is a prohibited substance listed on the World Anti Doping Agency's prohibited substance's list under diuretics and masking agents
