Daniel Deusser has taken over the spot as the world’s best rider on the Longines Ranking. The German rider has pushed Scott Brash – who has been on top of the world ranking for sixteen months – down to rank two, while Ludger Beerbaum has gone down to rank three.
McLain Ward has jumped up from rank seven to rank four, while Kent Farrington falls one rank down to five – still securing two American riders in the top five.
Rolf-Göran Bengtsson is down from rank five to six, Beezie Madden goes up from rank eight to seven while Kevin Staut falls from six to eight. Steve Guerdat goes from rank ten to nine, while Bertram Allen breaks into the hottest list within showjumping to become number ten in the world.
