At the age of 19, Robert Whitaker’s success horse Catwalk IV (Colman x Corleone) has passed away. With Whitaker in the saddle, Catwalk IV won numerous big classes such as the CSI5* Grand Prix of Lausanne in 2016, the CSI5* Grand Prix and World Cup in Helsinki in 2019, as well as the CSIO5* Nations Cups of Rome in 2015 and St. Gallen in 2014. 

After a long and successful career, Catwalk IV was retired at the end of last year. 

On his Facebook page, Whitaker paid tribute to Catwalk and wrote:

“RIP Catwalk ❤️ you were a big part of the family and will truly be missed. Thank you for all the happy memories, you were a horse of a lifetime, Rest Easy. #horseofalifetime”
