A son of Luciana Diniz’s former top mare Fit For Fun 13 (For Pleasure x Fabriano) was sold for 160.000 Euro at the Zangersheide Quality Auction this past weekend.
A total of 38 foals went under the hammer and the top seller was the colt Especial For Fun Z, out of Fit For Fun 13 and by Eldorado van de Zeshoek – that has sired Grand Prix winners such as Daniel Deusser’s Killer Queen VDM and Max Kühner’s Elektric Blue P. With Diniz in the saddle, Fit For Fun jumped at the Olympic Games in Rio, as well as at two European Championships, and won five-star Grand Prix classes at venues such as Al Rayaan, Basel, Doha, Rotterdam and St. Gallen.
Fit For Fun already has a son that has been successful on the international circuit, the 13-year-old stallion Camargo 2 by Canturo – who previously was seen with Luciana Diniz herself, as well as Nicola and Olivier Philippaerts.
