The BWP studbook has given the title 'Ambassador' to four new stallions - Action Breaker (Heartbreaker x Lys de Darmen), Cicero Z van Paemel (Carthago Z x Randel Z), Wandor van de Mispelaere (Landor S x For Pleasure) and Ramiro B (Calvani x Wendekreis). Action Breaker competed successful for several years with Sergio Alvarez Moya, while Cicero Z van Paemel was ridden by Dirk Demeersman.

To become an ambassador for the BWP, the stallion himself or one of his offspring must have competed in the final of the World Equestrian Games or the Olympic Games. Another possibility to become an ambassador is if the stallion has at least five offspring within the top 100 on the WBFSH stallion ranking.

Seven stallions were also named Elite stallions; Okidoki van't Gelutt Z (Omar x Lux Z), Armstrong van de Kapel (Quasimodo Z x Farn), Tonixe (Diamant de Semilly x Voltaire), Iron Man van de Padenborre (Darco x Chin Chin), Balthazar van de Roshoeve (Nagano x Lys de Darmen), Venturo (Canturo x Nabab de Reve) and Chaqui Z (Chacco Blue x Quinar).
