The 12-year-old stallion Quasi Modo Z (Querlybet Hero x Quidam de Revel) made his competition debut today with his new rider Gregory Wathelet. The pair jumped a clear round in Thursday's 1.35 competition at the 2016 Spring MET in Oliva. Quasi Modo Z has for the last two years been seen under French rider Cyril Bouvard, but left him to join Wathelet's stables after the 2015 edition of Equita Lyon.
With Bouvard in the saddle, Quasi Modo Z won last year's CSI4* Grand Prix in Poznan. The stallion was also on the French Nations Cup team in Drammen, Sopot and Gijon during the 2015-season.
