It’s not only Scott Brash that claimed his world no. one-title back this month, now his top horse Hello Sanctos (Quasimodo van het Moolendref x Nabab de Reve) has done the same. The 13 year old gelding is back on top of the FEI WBFSH World Ranking List this month climbing up from rank six, followed Quickly de Kreisker (Diamant de Semilly x Laudanum xx) that topped the previous ranking. Casall Ask (Caretino x Lavall I) follows as rank three after being rank five last month, Cornet D’Amour (Cornet Obolensky x Damiani) stays as rank four and VDL Groep Verdi TN N.O.P. (Quidam de Revel x Landgraf I) goes up from rank nine to five.
For the studbooks, the Holsteiner Verband has pushed KWPN down to rank two this month and taken over the top spot. The Holsteiner Verband’s top three representatives are Casall Ask, PSG Future (Cashandcarry x Lorentin I) and Glock’s Cognac Champblanc (Clearway). VDL Groep Verdi TN N.O.P., Admara (Padinus x Murano) and Simon (Mr. Blue x Polydox) are the KWPN’s three best ambassadors. As rank three follows the studbook Français du Cheval Selle Français that has Quickly de Kreisker, Albfuehren’s Paille (Kannan) and Ryan des Hayettes (Hugo Gesmeray x Ryon d’Anzex) as their three best horses.
