Abdel Said takes over the reins on the 10-year-old gelding Kirlo van den Bosrand (Cardento x Utrillo vd Heffinck). 

Since the beginning of 2019, Kirlo van den Bosrand has been seen under Peder Fredricson who has been competing him successfully – recording wins in Gothenburg, Valkenswaard and Stockholm. Before Fredricson, Olivia Kinneson produced Kirlo van den Bosrand – competing him all the way up to 1.50m level.

“I have known Kirlo's owners Olivia Kinneson and Tim van Hal for quite a while now, and we have already had a few horses together,” Said comments to World of Showjumping. “They asked me if I would be interested in taking over Kirlo from Peder, and as they always had an eye for a good horse I said yes. I think Kirlo will fit me, he is a small and bloody type – and has done good things with Peder already. Peder and I have already been in touch, and he told me everything about the horse – which I really appreciated. I look forward to get to know Kirlo myself, and to get started with him.”
