After a tremendous May month, USA’s McLain Ward has pushed France’s Simon Delestre down from the top position of the Longines Ranking and has taken over as the new world no. one.
Delestre – world no. one since March 2016 – is now down to rank two, while last month’s second best ranked rider Christian Ahlmann has been pushed down to the third spot.
France’s Penelope Leprevost climbs one position up to rank four, while former world no. one Scott Brash falls from rank three to five.
USA’s Kent Farrington is the only one keeping his position from last month – as rank six. France’s Kevin Staut and Belgium’s Gregory Wathelet change positions now being rank seven and eight, while Germany’s Daniel Deusser makes it back into the Top Ten – now as rank nine. Ireland’s Bertram Allen drops one position and is now rank ten, while USA’s Beezie Madden falls out of this prestigious list down to rank eleven.
