Germany's Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum had a bad fall on the last fence during the Longines FEI World Cup in Palm Beach on Sunday riding Comanche, and is out with two broken ribs.

On her official Facebook page, it is stated: "Yesterday Comanche and Meredith sustained a bad fall at the final oxer of the Palm Beach World Cup. Comanche escaped without injury and is doing well!
It ended a lot more painful for Meredith though, breaking two ribs. Nevertheless she's hoping to be back in the saddle soon!"

We wish Meredith a speedy recovery, and hope to see her back in the ring soon!
