Steve Guerdat’s Nasa has been sold to Spain, and her new rider will be Paloma Jimenez-Carmona Gonzalez. The now 15-year-old mare by Cumano x Prince d’Elle started her international career under Michel Hécart and Niels Bruynseels, before she came to Steve at the end of 2011.

With Bruynseels, Nasa finished second in the 2011 CSIO5* CN International Grand Prix at Spruce Meadows and went on to win the Rolex Grand Prix in Zurich in 2012 with Guerdat in the saddle. Nasa also brough home big wins from Geneva and Doha during her time with Guerdat, and jumped on several Nations Cup teams for Switzerland.

"Nasa gave me a lot for more than four years, and she has won many beautiful classes. I did not want too keep on going with her at five-star level and I decided to entrust Anthony (Bourquard) with her (...) Nasa belongs to Urs Schwarzenbach, and then the opportunity to sell arose. She came with us to Oliva and will now be ridden by a young rider – she goes to a good home and I hope it will be a good end to her career (...)” Steve states on his website.
