The 2021-edition of the FEI Sports Forum, which was originally planned to run from 19-20 April, has been postponed to 1-2 June 2021. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, last year’s FEI Sports Forum was held online and only addressed topics that were time sensitive, while the rest of the programme – which included logistics and preparation around Tokyo 2020, minimum requirements, the status of grooms, and the role of the coach – was referred to 2021.
For the 2021-edition, the FEI has announced that both in-person and online formats are being considered.
Held annually in Lausanne, Switzerland, the FEI Sports Forum is the most important tool in the conversation between the FEI and its stakeholders.
The dates for the FEI General Assembly 2021, set to take place in South Africa, have also changed – from 13-16 November to 11-14 November. The FEI General Assembly will take place on Sunday 14 November 2021.
