After five successful years together, Nicolas Delmotte and his Olympic partner Urvoso du Roch (Nervoso x Grand d’Escla) are parting ways as the 13-year-old gelding has been sold to Ireland.
With Delmotte in the saddle, Urvoso du Roch represented France at the Olympic Games in Tokyo – finishing 12th individually. The two also competed at the Longines FEI European Championships in Rotterdam in 2019, where they ended 16th. This year, the pair has been on tremendous form – winning the CSIO5* Grand Prix of La Baule, the CSI5* Grand Prix of Chantilly as well as the CSIO5* RWE Prize of North-Rhine Westphalia at CHIO Aachen.
