Quatrin de la Roque (Quick Star x Kannan) has been secured for Julien Epaillard. The French rider got the 11-year-old gelding to ride earlier this summer, from his compatriot Michel Hecart. Quatrin de la Roque and Epaillard quickly found the tone, and at their third show together - in Paderborn - the two won both the Grand Prix qualifier and the Grand Prix.
Now, Julien's sponsors Laiterie de Montaigu have helped to secure the horse for him - avoiding a sale to another rider. Quatrin de la Roque will like his stable mates Cristallo and Sheriff de la Nutria be given the suffix *LM.
