Great Britain's 2024 Olympic team gold medallist Scott Brash has taken over the top spot on the Longines Rankings. With his 3459 points, Brash has overtaken Kent Farrington (USA), who sits second this month with 3415 points, while Ben Maher (GBR) moves up from fourth to third with 3020 points.

“I’m incredibly proud to be world number one again," Scott Brash said in a press release from FEI. "More than anything, it’s a reflection of the extraordinary team around me - the people who work tirelessly every single day, caring for our horses with such love and dedication. They are the ones who make sure the horses are as happy and healthy as they can possibly be, allowing us to do what we do, and who keep everything moving forward."

“For me, reaching number one is never about just a few recent results," Brash explained in the press release from FEI. "It’s something that is built quietly and patiently over many years. With horses, success comes from the time you invest in them, the trust you develop, and a knowing it’s a long-term journey. That’s why it feels so special to stand here with such remarkable horses, all of whom feel at the very top of their game. This is also a moment to say thank you to my owners, who have supported me for so many years with trust and belief, and to our partners, whose support makes so much possible. My focus now remains simple; to keep the horses as fit, healthy and happy as they can be. Everything else follows from that.”

Gilles Thomas (BEL) climbs to fourth, after ranking fifth last month. Christian Kukuk (GER) drops two positions to fifth, while Richard Vogel (GER) remains rank six. Julien Epaillard (FRA) makes the biggest move within the Top 10, jumping from last month's tenth to seventh, while Nina Mallevaey (FRA) stays as rank eight. Daniel Coyle (IRL) returns to the Top 10 in ninth, while McLain Ward (USA) drops one place to tenth.

This month's ranking includes validated results from 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026.
