The 8-year-old Venice Beach 5 (Voltaire x Escudo I), bred and owned by Carsten Meyer-Nordhorn, has been sold to Double H Farm. Venice Beach's previous rider Clarissa Crotta has developed the mare up to 1.50m three-star level after her former business partner Sören Kühl discovered the horse as a youngster.

“We wish Double H Farm and Quentin Judge all the best for the future with this fantastic mare. Emilie de Ravin – the mother of Venice Beach 5 – jumped 1.50m classes herself and is once again in foal to Voltaire,” Meyer-Nordhorn says to World of Showjumping.

“We are very excited about Venice Beach, and her future. We will do a few shows with her this fall to get to know her and be ready for the winter season in Florida,” Quentin Judge states to World of Showjumping.
