Evergate Stables has acquired Linguini de La Pomme (Marius Claudius x Tinka's Boy) from Belgium's Wilm Vermeir. The 12-year-old mare is now seen with Egypt's Nayel Nassar, who made his international debut with her at Wellington International this week – placing 4th in the CSI5* Wellington Equestrian Realty 1.45m.
With Vermeir in the saddle, Linguini de La Pomme stepped up to five-star level last year, winning three 1.45m classes during CHIO Aachen last summer, as well as taking victories in Mechelen and Valence.
"I am very happy that it goes so well for them," Vermeir told World of Showjumping. "Linguini is a super horse and very simple, so for me there was no doubt that they would be a great match."
