The 14-year-old KWPN gelding Zinius (Nabab de Reve x Kannan) is the highest ranked horse in the world for a fourth consecutive month on the latest WBFSH Rolex World Ranking List for breeders of jumping horses.
With 1300 points, Zinius – that is bred by Mario Everse and competed by Harrie Smolders – is followed by Daniel Deusser's ride Tobago Z (Tangelo vd Zuuthoeve x Mr Blue) on 1153 points. The 10-year-old Zangersheide stallion bred by Jonas Bellemans is up from rank three last month. Beezie Madden’s ride Breitling LS (Quintero x Acord II) – a 12-year-old SLS stallion bred by the La Silla-stud in Mexico – goes down from rank two to three.
Toveks Mary Lou (Montendro x Portland L) – ridden by Henrik von Eckermann and bred by Hubert Nienhaus – remains as rank four. New as rank five after being eight last month is Royce (Cafe Au Lait x Grandilot) – a 14-year-old Oldenburger stallion bred by Gestüt Lewitz and ridden by Margie Goldstein-Engle.
On the studbook ranking, KWPN keeps its top rank with Zinius, California (L'Esprit x Libero H) and Eddie Blue (VDL Zirocco Blue x Marlon) as their three best representatives. With 6020 points, the KWPN is followed by BWP on 5515 points with Gancia de Muze (Malito de Reve x Nimmerdor), H&M Harley vd Bisschop (Dulf van den Bisschop x Coronado) and Bull Run’s Faustino de Tili (Berlin x Udarco) as their three highest ranked horses.
Oldenburg-International is third on 5312 points with Royce (Cafe Au Lait x Grandilot), Chacanno (Chacco-Blue x Kannan) and Carlotta 232 (Chaccomo x Cento) as their three top ambassadors.
