Emilio Bicocchi (ITA) was the fastest of the four double clears to take the win in Friday's CSI4* 1.50m Grand Prix qualifier at Hubside Jumping in St. Tropez. Riding the mare Evita Sg Z (Verdi TN x Codexco), Bicocchi stopped the clock in the jump-off at 35.21 seconds. Runner-up Jean Luc Mourier (FRA) with Captain Keen (Windows vh Costersveld x Acord II) needed 35.40 seconds to reach the finish line.

Third place went to another home rider as Timothee Anciaume (FRA) with Isabeau (Winningmood x Gershwin) crossed the finish line in 35-55 seconds. Fourth placed José Maria (jr) Larocca (ARG) and Finn Lente (Gaillard de la Pomme x Colandro) ended the shortened course in 36.54 seconds. Dominique Hendrickx (BEL) and Vintadge de La Roque (Kannan x Galoubet A) had the exact same time as the winners, but with four faults they had to settle for the fifth place.
