Friday's biggest class at CSI4* Gross Viegeln was the Preis der Firma Baustoffzentrum Löffler, a 1.45m in two phases. Out of the 63 starters, it was Felix Hassman (GER) on the 10-year-old mare Balance 30 (Balou du Rouet x Ex Libris) who took home the win with a time of 32,61 seconds in the jump-off.
Lars Nieberg (GER) on the 13-year-old gelding Nabab de Revel (Nabab de Reve x Heartbreaker) placed second with a time of 32,95 seconds and the third place went to Tim Rieskamp-Goedeking (GER) on the 13-year-old mare Quapitola de Beaufour (Diamant de Semilly x Kannan) with a time of 33,43 seconds. Irma Karlsson (SWE) on the 15-year-old mare Balahe (Baloubet de Rouet x Flamingo) placed fourth with a time of 34,09 seconds and Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) on the 8-year-old mare Carlotta 232 (Chaccomo x Cento) took the fifth spot with a time of 34,43 seconds.
Earlier during the day Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) on the 8-year-old gelding Einstein (Clinton x Nimmerdor) won the Preis der Firma GKM - a 1.40m speed class - with a time of 56,29 seconds. Lars Nieberg (GER) and Olivia la Sweet (Ircoland x Zuidhorn) placed second with a time of 56,49 seconds and Pius Schwizer (SUI) on About A Dream (Clinton x Indoctro) placed third with a time of 57,42 seconds. Philipp Makowel (GER) and Chelsea 96 (Cassaro x Carthago) took the fourth place with a time of 57,95 seconds and Jan Sprehe (GER) on C.D. 2 (Check In x Collin L) placed fifth with a time of 58,08 seconds.
