The French dominated Sunday's CSI3* Grand Prix of Vilamoura at the Atlantic Tour, with Titouan Schumacher and Julien Gonin taking first and second place.
Riding the 11-year-old gelding Atome Z (Amadeus Z*Brimbelles x Toulon), Schumacher won with a time of 36.27 seconds in the jump-off while Gonin followed behind in 37.73 aboard the 10-year-old mare Une Etoile Landaise (Balougran x Socrate de Chivre). Third place went to Bronislav Chudyba (SVK) on Zapria (Colman x Landlord) with a time of 37.86 seconds, while Marco Valente Oliveira (POR) was best for the hosts to take fourth and Andreas Knippling (GER) fifth with the last two double clears of the 1.50m Grand Prix.
