For the second weekend in a row, it was Gianni Govoni that won the CSI3* Grand Prix at the Toscana Tour in Arezzo.
Govonni secured a home win in Sunday's 1.50/1.60m Grand Prix aboard the 14-year-old mare Win Win (Chin Chin x Wagenaar), also his partner last weekend. The pair crossed the finish line in 51.66 seconds in round two, with almost two seconds down to runner-up Janika Sprunger (SUI) on Ninyon (Nintender x Careful).
Nicolas Deseuzes (FRA) came third with Topaze Latour (Diamant de Semilly x Narcos II), almost three seconds behind the winning couple. The last two riders to enter top five were Jeroen Dubbeldam (NED) riding Carusso LS La Silla (Montebello x Joost) and Alexandr Belekhov (RUS) with Bivaldi (Cantosx Lennard).
