With a time of 34.78 seconds, Cottard and Cocaine du Val were the quickest pair in a jump-off between ten horse-and-rider-combinations – taking the win ahead of Harry Charles (GBR) and Aralyn Blue (Chacco-Blue x Ludwig As, bred by Franjo Udovc and owned by Ann Thompson) in second in 34.88.
Evelyne Bussmann (SUI) and Tafila d'Urville (Jenny de la Cense x Count Ivor, bred by Michel and Madeleine Rolland and owned by D'aveline Sport- und Zuchtpferde AG) placed third in 35.75, while Zazou Hoffman (USA) and Bloom du Plessis (Orient Express x Rosire, bred by Andre and Annick Chenu and owned by The Bloom Group) finished fourth, followed by Janika Sprunger (SUI) in fifth aboard Orelie (Emerald van'T Ruytershof x Nabab de Reve, bred by Joris Meulemans and owned by Tina Pol AG).
