Jana Wargers (GER) and Limbridge (Limbus x Cambridge) won Friday's biggest class at CSI5* Hubside Jumping Grimaud in St. Tropez, France – a 1.55m with a jump-off, which also was a Grand Prix qualifier counting for the Longines Ranking.

With a time of 41.21 seconds, Wargers was the quickest of the 13 riders that took part in the jump-off. Philippe Rozier (FRA) on Le Coultre de Muze (Presley Boy x Vigo d'Arsouilles) took the runner-up position when the clock stopped on 41.40 for the French rider, while his compatriot Kevin Staut (FRA) on Visconti du Telman (Toulon x Dollar du Murier) placed third with a time of 41.71 seconds in the jump-off. Jérôme Guery (BEL) on Quel Homme de Hus (Quidam de Revel x Candillo) took the fourth place and the fifth spot went to Andreas Schou (DEN) on Independent (Diamant de Revel x unknown).

"I am so happy and so proud of my horse Limbridge," Jana Wargers said in a press release from Hubside Jumping Grimaud. "He jumped exceptional today and really fought for me and for our victory.”

The second CSI5* class of the day, a 1.50m in two phases, also counting for the Longines Ranking, went to Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA) on Luigi d'Eclipse (Catoki x Calato). Kevin Jochems (NED) on Cornetboy (Cornet's Stern x Colander) placed second, while Mathieu Billot (FRA) on H (C Indoctro x Emilion) took the third place. John Whitaker (GBR) and Sharid (Toulon x Vancouleurs) finished fourth and Victor Bettendorf (LUX) on Simolo de la Roque Z (Spartacus x Casall) fifth.

"I'm very happy with Luigi d'Eclipse, who did a great job," Modolo Zanotelli said in a press release from Hubside Jumping Grimaud. "He's been jumping really well so far: I saw Kevin Jochems' very fast round and knew I would manage to take one stride out after the triple, and one at the end."
