The French continued dominating on home soil at the 2026-edition of CSI4* Jumping International de Bourg-en-Bresse, with the current world no. 12 Julien Epaillard and the 15-year-old stallion Le Coultre de Muze (Presley Boy x Vigo d’Arsouilles) winning Friday’s CSI4* 1.50m Prix Grand Bourg Agglomération – claiming their first win together since Epaillard took over the ride from Philippe Rozier (FRA) in November 2025.
With a time of 35.46 in a jump-off of ten, Epaillard took the win ahead of Rene Lopez Lizarazo (COL) and Casa Lady Love PS Old (Casallco x Conthargos) in second in 35.86, while Cedric Hurel (FRA) on Fantasio Floreval Z (Florian de la Vie x Clinton) took third when crossing the finish line in 37.25 seconds. Mathieu Michot (CAN) with Guess du Challois (President x Jaguar Mail) and José Maria Larocca Jr. (ARG) aboard Chris (Contendro I x Argentinus) followed in fourth and fifth respectively.
