Marlon Modolo Zanotelli (BRA) won Friday’s 1.45m Stockholm Trophy at CSI4* Sweden International Horse Show riding VDL Edgar M (Arezzo VDL x Marlon).
Six horse-and-rider combinations out of the 18 in the class, qualified for the jump-off where four riders cleared the course for a second time. Zanotelli crossed the finish line in 34.77 seconds, more than half a second faster than runner-up Irma Karlsson (SWE) with Balahe (Baloubet de Rouet x Flamingo) that stopped the clock at 35.27 seconds.
Two Swedes followed in rank three and four: Henrik von Eckermann with his new ride Peter Pan (Perigueux x Escudo 19) and Peder Fredricson with Hansson WL (Hip Hop x Iowa).
