Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) took his third win in just as many days at the CSI4* show Horses & Dreams in Hagen, Germany on Saturday. On Thursday, Gaudiano won the 1,40m welcome class riding Einstein (Clinton x Nimmerdor), and on Friday he won the 1,45m class with Carlotta 232 (Chaccomo x Cento). On Saturday, the Italian rider once again ended up on the top on the podium riding Carlotta – this time in the 1,50m class.

With a double clear round, and a time of 28,69 seconds in the second phase Gaudiano was more than a second faster than runner-up Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) with Cim Air (Con Air x Carthago). Billy Twomey (IRL) with Diaghilev (Vangelis S x Handstreich) ended up third after crossing the finish line in 29,94 seconds, and Enrique Gonzalez with Chacna (Chacco-Blue x Narew xx) was fourth.

61 riders were entered in the class, and as many as 15 went double clear over the two phases with the Germans taking the 5th to 10th place thanks to Janne-Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann with Goja 27 (Wandor vd Mispelaere x Palestro van de Begijnakker), Maximilian Lill with Fein Umbra (Quidam de Revel x For Pleasure), Patrick Stühlmeyer with City 11 (Clarimo x Quinar), Katrin Eckermann with Dalien Swally R.P.
