Riding the 16-year-old gelding Don Vito (Quaprice Bois Margot x Jus de Pomme), Lorenzo De Luca (ITA) took the victory in Friday's biggest class at the Gassin Polo Club in St. Tropez, France – the CSI4* 1.50m Prix Martioa SRTP.
With a time of 36.79 seconds in the jump-off, De Luca was the fastest in this Longines Ranking class counting for Group D. Close to two seconds behind on the clock, in 38.74, Nicolas Sers (FRA) finished second aboard Eleven de Riverland (Kannan x Diamant de Semilly), while Pieter Devos (BEL) and Primo DV (Vigo d'Arsouilles x Heartbreaker) completed the podium with a time of 39.28 seconds after a jump-off counting fourteen horse-and-rider combinations.
Michel Robert (FRA) finished fourth aboard Calasto Z (Calvaro F.C. x Stakkato), followed by Stella Trümpi (SUI) and Casall Blue La Brevie (Casall x Eurocommerce Caresino), with the last two double clear rounds of the class.
