The Gote Prijs Flandria Rent in Lier, a 1.50/1.55m class with a jump-off, went to Wouter Devos (BEL) and Tonik Hero after a five-horse jump-off. Devos won by over a second down to number two Mark Bluman (COL) and Wildfire (by Quidam de Revel). Third place went to Bart Bles (NED) and Gran Canyon Van HD (Cartani x Nabab de Reve). It was only the top three that produced two clear rounds, but number four Jeroen Appelen (BEL) had the best jump-off time of the day aboard Grappeloup van het Reenhof (Larino x Kashmir van Schuttershof) though on the expense of a pole down. Number five was Adir Abreu Junior (BRA) and Hunter van het Indiehof who also finished on four penalties.
