Edited press release from Longines Global Champions Tour

Heading to A Coruña, Spain, for the first time in the history of the Longines Global Champions Tour, the 10th leg of the LGCT 2023-season is set to take place at the magnificent Casas Novas Equestrian Center from 14 to 16 July. 

The list of riders expected to compete in A Coruña includes the current LGCT championship leader Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) and his father Eric, as well as current world number one Henrik von Eckermann (SWE). They will be joined by the current world number two Julien Epaillard (FRA) – who comes fresh from his win in the LGCT Grand Prix of Monaco – as well as Christian Ahlmann (GER) –the winner of the LGCT Grand Prix of Paris – home hero and crowd favorite Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP), as well as big names such as John Whitaker (GBR), Harrie Smolders (NED) and Ben Maher (GBR).
