The Royal Dublin Society in Ballsbridge hosts the annual Dublin Horse Show – one of the highlights in the international showjumping calendar – and this year was the 148th edition of the event.
Dublin Horse Show is one of Ireland's largest events; each year welcoming tens of thousands of people from Ireland and all over the world. It's a lot more going on at the RDS than international showjumping though; there is a wide range of performance and showing classes for different types of horses and ponies, and there is national showjumping too.
Here we take a look back at some of all the action at the RDS last week.

Back to the showjumping, Commandant Geoff Curran and Bishops Quarter won the Defender Puissance...
...and Commandant Curran punched the air in delight when clearing the massive 2.25m wall cheered on by the crowds at a fully seated RDS.

Ireland's own Shane Sweetnam and Out Of The Blue SCF kicked off the international showjumping with a home win in the 1.60m Sport Ireland Classic.
While Richard Howley and Consulent de Prelet Z took the top honours for the hosts in Thursday's 1.60m Cashel Palace Hotel Stakes.
Nothing quite like a home win for an Irish rider in Dublin...
Bertram Allen and Edison de Hus brought home another Irish win in Saturday's 1.50m Dublin Stakes sponsored by H5 Sport Horses.
Ireland's Daniel Coyle and Gisborne VDL racing through the finish line in the Dublin Stakes, to finish 2nd.
