Ireland's Shane Breen and Market Irminka (Irco Mena x Tinka's Boy) won Saturday's 1.50 class against the clock in Falsterbo. Breen had over two seconds down to Belgian runner-up Francois Mathy with Polinska des Isles (Diamant de Semilly x Valespoir Malabry).
It was 18 clears in the class that had 59 riders in it. Most of the faults came at the triple combination, which caused several riders headache. Isheau Wong had a bad fall at the end of it, but luckily all seem to be good with both Wong and Zadarijke V (San Remo x Havidoff) after some scary minutes. Rodrigo Pessoa decided to do a circle in the middle of the triple combination adding four faults plus a time fault to a round that otherwise would have been clear, and other riders had to see poles fall at this challenging element.
Third place went to Darragh Kenny with Catuso (Canto x Corrado I), fourth to Lillie Keenan with Be Gentle (Ticallux Verte x Gentleman) and fifth to Jeroen Dubbeldam with Carusso LS La Silla.
