Jos Lansink's Dutch team took the top honours in Friday's CSIO4* 1.55m Lotto Nations Cup of Poland in Sopot. The best eight teams from the fourteen at start continued to the second round, where the Dutch delivered three clear rounds – taking home the win ahead of Denmark in second and Germany in third.

Jumping double clear, Leopold van Asten and VDL Groep Iron Z (Charisma Z x Mr Blue) contributed heavily to the Dutch success, while a 1/0 result from Willem Greve and Grandorado TN N.O.P. (Eldorado vd Zeshoek x Carolus II) over the two rounds and a 2/0 from Mathijs van Asten and Sirocco (Balou du Rouet x Guidam) put the team total to three – leaving Henk Frederiks and Impian D's (VDL Bubalu x Lux Z) 4/8 result as the discard score.

Bo K. Møller's Danish team – Søren Møller Rohde and Grace Ask (Darco Derevel x Contender), Emil Hallundbæk and Vincel (Valentino 240 x Fabriano), Torben Frandsen and Colina 70 (Colman x San Patrignano Cassini) and Zascha Nygaard Lill aboard Nikita du Roton (Elvis Ter Putte x Chippendale Z)  – took the runner-up spot as they finished the two rounds with a team total of four ahead of the German team that rounded up the podium in third with their total score of five. Holger Wulschner's German side consisted of Mario Stevens and Carrie 22 (Christian 25 x Couleur Rubin), Leonie Böckmann and Carter 10 (Christian 25 x unknown), David Will and Kansall (Kannan x Casall) as well as Andre Thieme aboard Paule S (Periqueux x Sir Shutterfly).

Six pairs out of the 55 horse-and-rider combinations at start delivered a double clear: Leopold van Asten and VDL Groep Iron Z for the Dutch, Søren Møller Rohde and Grace Ask as well as Emil Hallundbæk and Vincel for the Danes, Mario Stevens and Carrie 22 for the Germans, Oliver Fletcher and Hello William (Waldo van Dungen x Stakkato) for the Brits and Christopher Obenauer and Kleons Renegade (Quintero x Stakkato) for the Austrians.
